Every user starts with the Free Plan, which includes:

🔒 AI features and document analysis are not included in the Free Plan.

You can upgrade to Pro directly from your dashboard:

  1. Go to groupiehq.com/upgrade
  2. Choose your billing method: Lemon Squeezy or PayPal
  3. Complete checkout

You'll get access instantly — no need to restart Groupie

  • Your account is automatically upgraded
  • You'll see your new status reflected in your dashboard and chat

🔍 Managing Your Subscription

After upgrading, you can view and manage billing at any time via:

  • Lemon Squeezy portal
  • PayPal subscriptions page (if used)

Cancel anytime — your Pro features will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

📌 FAQs

Will I lose my posts if I cancel?

No. You'll still have access to your content, but Pro features will be disabled after your subscription ends.

Can I upgrade multiple accounts at once?

For teams, the Business Plan offers shared billing and access. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer refunds?
